Refund & Return Policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 5 calendar days from the date of the purchase.

If a product you receive is damaged, wrong or missing, you can submit a claim
to info@shopdrop.ca or through the in-app chat, and our team will review your claim.
If your claim is well-founded, we will contact you and advise you of the
replacement/return process or the reimbursement process, as the case may be.
Refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to be reflected in your account. Please note
that returns and replacements are subject to the policies of each specific vendor.
Products that you open are not eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.


Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

  • The product is defective, damaged.
  • The product is missing but you were charged for it on the final receipt.

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unopened nor damaged 

In order to ensure the above criteria have been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. Perishable goods are completely exempt from being returned.

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.

Return items

In order to return an order, you must contact us first.

The customer is responsible for returning the product to the seller.

Visit the retail locations to return your items purchased through our online store. Our staff member will process your return or exchange it for you.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
